The personal data of the “Owners” provided will be integrated into the “Database” with the sole purpose of registering, maintaining and administering the relationship derived from the contracts for the provision of legal services that are concluded between the “Responsible” and the “ Holders ”and / or to carry out the proper administration of their files by the“ Responsible ”. The personal data of the "Owners", and the respective documentation, are collected directly with each of the "Owners" and / or through their legal representatives, proxies, factors, dependents, officials and employees, being that through The following data were obtained from that medium: Name, date of birth, address, Federal Taxpayers Registry, email address, telephone number, official identification and, if applicable, marital status. Likewise, it is informed that the “Responsible” will carry out the processing of personal data only and exclusively for the purposes of providing the legal services that have been entrusted to him and to document the relationship related to said contract, including but not limited to but not limited to the opening of the corresponding files, registration and modification in the systems of the "Responsible", billing of the fees to which the "Responsible" is entitled and presentation of the declarations and reports that are required in terms of law before the Authorities corresponding, as well as the preparation of the corresponding legal documents in accordance with the requests of the “Owners” and the relationship derived from the service provision contract, being that the “Responsible” has implemented all the security, administrative, technical and physical to protect against damage, loss, alter tion, destruction or use, access or unauthorized treatment of the information provided.
The veracity of the information and documentation provided by the "Owners" to the "Responsible" is the sole responsibility of the former, exonerating from this act the "Responsible" for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, so that the " Owners ”do not reserve any action or right to exercise against the“ Responsible ”or any of its partners, associates, lawyers and / or employees for any damage or loss they may suffer in relation to inaccurate or erroneous data that they have been provided or from sources outside them. The "Owners" may request, through the mechanism specified later in this Notice, access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, in accordance with the provisions of the "Law".
The "Holder" states that by signing the contract for the provision of professional services and / or requesting the professional services of the "Responsible" accepts the terms and conditions of this Notice, as he has been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data and of the mechanism specified later in this Notice for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, in accordance with the provisions of the "Law", expressly expressing their acceptance and consent to the treatment of the same by the "Responsible" in the form and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice. As regards the "Owners" of the personal data that agreed to provide their services in favor of the "Responsible" prior to the entry into force of the "Law", they have been informed by issuing the corresponding circular, regarding the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice, giving them a period of ten (10) calendar days following receipt.
