This May 8, 2020, the Executive with the Secretariat of Governance of the United Mexican published in the Official Gazette of the Federation a decree by means of which article 4 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States is amended and added , establishing within such legal rule the following concepts: (I) the issuance of a Law that will define a health system, in order to guarantee health services to provide care of people who do not have social security; (II) Delivery of financial support to people with permanent disabilities; (III) Right to a non-contributory pension by the State to people over 68 years of age; (IV) The implementation of a scholarship system by the State to students at all school levels of public education.
